Marián Podola is the founder and CEO of Private Chef, with years of experience in Michelin Star restaurants. He opened his own in 2017, and a Michelin Bib-Gourmand followed. Marian truly knows how to impress his diners.
Initially hired as a de partie in 2004 at the Absolute Taste London, Marián worked diligently through the ranks. Eventually, he landed the senior de partie position with Maze London under Michelin-starred Jason Atherton. Later on, he was sent to Prague as senior sous to help open up one-star Maze. After Prague, he excelled in the three-star Royal Hospital Road sauce section and a stage at Fat Duck and Dinner in London.
Eventually, he started offering his services as executive chef and private cook at various high-profile homes and estates across Europe.
Mariáns notables are Head Chef for Omega Watchmakers private members club by Quintessentially during the 2012 Olympics, Head Chef at TAG Heuer private pop-up chalet during Paris Air Show, Head Chef for Testing across European circuits with Mercedes McLaren F1 team and Head Chef for pop-up restaurants for Jaguar and Land Rover.
